To receive the earliest admission
decision possible to University 1, Engineering or Music, current Canadian high
school students may apply for Advanced Early Admission based on their Manitoba
Grade 11 marks or provincial equivalents.
To qualify for this admission, you must:
ADMISSION to UNIVERSITY 1 or MUSIC
Note: Students applying to Music must also complete a separate Music application, theory assessment, and audition.
ADMISSION to ENGINEERING
Note: there is no advanced Early Admission for Dental Hygiene or Kinesiology & Rec.

Admission for Brandon University
Current Canadian high school students
who have a minimum standing of 75% in specific Grade 11 subjects, with no grade
lower than 70%, and who are applying for a degree program in Arts, Science,
Physical Education, Music or Pre-Nursing are eligible. Students intending to
enter Music, Psychiatric Nursing or First Nations & Aboriginal Counselling must
also satisfy the admission requirements for their selected program. All
applicants must forward an official high school mark statement of all subjects
and marks for Grade 11 by December 10.
Criteria:
Applicants have completed Grade 11 and are currently enrolled in Grade 12 courses leading to graduation in June.
Applicants must submit an Application for Admission by December 1 and an official high school transcript with final Grade 11 grades by December 10.
Applicants will meet Regular Status Admission requirements by June 30.
Grade 11 average is a minimum of 75% based on five full courses, including English (30S) and Mathematics (Pre-Calculus Math 30 or Applied Math 30, but not Consumer Math 30S) plus the best three from the list of approved Grade 11 courses.
